Junior Bakers will learn to make Belgian Chocolate mousse, fill a mold, and make, color, and pour mirror glaze. There will be several adornments out for decorating after the glaze is poured. Kids will leave with a Mousse Cake to feed up to 12. Option to purchase mousse cake mold at class for $10.
Class size is limited. This is a drop off only class. (We will be making a round cake and kids will get to choose their colors)
