Junior Bakers will learn to ice a cake smoothly with sharp edges. We will then show them the proper way to fill a pastry bag, and how to attach tips. We will work on perfecting several borders, several rustic spatula designs, and buttercream roses and leaves. We will discuss color theory and sketching and each child will receive a color wheel so they can plan their cakes out!
There will be a 2nd level to this class for more advanced techniques.
